Our FALL Body Well Session starts this September
Body Well™ will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. If you commit to this program you will see transformative results. Wether you haven't been active for years or you're ready to take your fitness to the next level, this program supports #allthemoms to help you reach your goals.
What can you expect to achieve with our 8 week Body Well Program:
• Includes 2 in person classes per week located outdoors at times that work for YOU. This is our Body Boost HIIT class that will work your whole body. There will be an option to add Run Club and Strides 360 class (cardio driven stroller family class Saturdays from 9-10am)
• Miss a class? You can check out our On Demand recorded classes so you never miss a sweat sesh.
• Motivation for your journey with video chat sessions and daily texts
• Less stress with short guided meditations at the end of every class
• Better nutrition for you and your family with meal planning tools & recipes created by a registered dietician and a food journal to help you plan and track those healthy meals. **Get 1 week of pre planned meals and snacks to start you off!
• Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
• Personalized support from your coach who is with you every step of the way
