Are you at least 4 months postpartum and ready to kick your health and fitness into high gear? Sign up for Body Well™!
Description of 8 week Body Well Session (next 8 week session starting January 10th 2021)
Body Well™ will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. If you commit to this program you will see transformative results.
What can you expect to achieve in 8 weeks:
• A consistent schedule of 2-3 workouts per week at times that work for YOU, plus access to all of our virtual classes, plus one in person outdoor workout per week (masked and socially distanced)
• Motivation for your journey with group check in meetings
• Less stress with short guided meditations at the end of every class
• Better nutrition for you and your family with meal planning tools & recipes created by a registered dietician and a food journal to help you plan and track those healthy meals
• Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
• Personalized support from your coach who is with you every step of the way
