Body Back® Transformation is an 8 week results-based journey designed for moms, whether you had your baby 6 months ago or 16 years ago! Body Back isn't about getting back the body you had before pregnancy. It's about reclaiming, honoring and strengthening your body and reaching your fitness potential. Unlock your personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

What does the 8 week full Body Back® Transformation Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
  • 5-10 Minute Guided Meditation at the end of every class
  • Meal Planning Tools & Recipes created by a registered dietician
  • Food Journal
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Supplemental at home workouts
