Body Back® Community Class is a 60-minute, results-based
workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect
to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles
through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing
meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your
health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.
Community Classes are open to all for drop in classes. There is no commitment
and no contract. Plus, if you've never tried a Body Back class before, your first
class is free!
As space is limited, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or missed class fee. Please bring a yoga mat, water and a small towel. You must be at least 4 months postpartum and not currently pregnant to participate. You may purchase single classes or an 8 class pass for Community Classes.
Reminder: all Body Back classes are child-free. If you would like to workout with your baby, consider enrolling in Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre instead.
