This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We are a stroller-friendly running group, however this program is open to all moms of any age and stage in motherhood (stroller not required). You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. You'll get weekly coached group runs, drills & cross-training workouts. Beginners can expect to walk and run, slowly adding time onto the running portion of their training. Advanced and intermediate runners will focus on mastering tempo runs, sprints, fartleks, hills, drills and cross training, increasing your speed, endurance and strength.
