FIT4BABY® 6 week session is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. Designed for modification in every trimester, the workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time. Try out a class! Your first class is always free. Our next session starts January 2022!

You will get two workouts a week, Tuesday evenings we meet at 7pm at Burbank Worshipwalk courtyard and Saturday mornings 8am we meet at Johnny Carson Park. You will receive a special workshop in this session, bumps and brunch out with other mamas in our session, weekly challenges, recipes for meals and snacks to keep you energized and healthy throughout your pregnancy and a certified coach to guide you through it all.
