April 2021: Shayna Burgess

Meet Shayna! Shayna has been with Fit4Mom for quite a while and has been attending our early morning classes since our time in the studio. She has held strong during this crazy year waking up at 6am twice a week to join the morning crew virtually plus she is a gem of s student in our Body Well program, completing multiple sessions this year. She has an amazing sense of humor, is down to earth and a lovely friend. We love our Shayna!

The Rivers End by Nora Roberts. Admittedly I haven’t read a book in awhile, unfortunately.


It’s hard to admit but I love television. I love a good drama or reality show! Body Well has also made working out a favorite hobby of mine :)

Something unique about yourself.

I studied abroad in Australia and that’s where I met my husband! I lived there for 5 years before we made the move to the US

How long have you been with fit4mom? What’s your favorite thing about being a part of Fit4Mom?

I have been apart of Fit4mom for 5 years now! My favorite part is the community. I love connecting with other moms.

When is your birthday? How do you like to celebrate?

July 28th. I like a low key dinner with friends and a babysitter for my kids lol

Most challenging part of this year for you?

The isolation. I miss my friends and hugs

What are you most proud of about yourself while facing the challenges of this year?

That I was able to put myself first and make time for exercise!
