Body Back® Transformation is a results-based program designed for moms who want their body back, whether you had your baby 6 months ago or 16 years ago! Most importantly, it will help you unlock your personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.
What does the 8 week full Body Back® Transformation Include?
The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence.

Body Back BOOST: After completing your transformation are you looking for Drop In or Membership Body Back® classes? Then BOOST is for you! Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like minded women at the same time. Membership and class pass options available. Check out our schedule for dates and times. This option is recommended only if you have achieved or are close to achieving your current fitness goals. Option available if you have completed at least 2 Body Back Transformation Sessions.
Body Back Community Classes: Try out a Body Back class at one of these fun community events! Community classes are open to everyone (current clients, alumni or non-clients), as long as you are at least 4 months postpartum. You must pre-enroll, sign our waiver and have a pass or plan. You can purchase single classes or an 8 class pack online. BOOST members may attend as part of their membership. As space is limited, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or missed class fee.
