How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email email@example.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing at least 15 business days before the next payment is due. Memberships will be placed on hold for a minimum of 3 weeks or a maximum of 4 months up to two (2) times per calendar year. You must provide the start and end date of your hold in writing via email.
