Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back® Transformation

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Back® Community Class

Body Back® Community Class is a drop in, 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation. Community Classes are open to all women who are at least 4 months postpartum. No commitment or contract needed.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger than ever and the dedicated core and flexibility work will help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to cardio, this strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you! Open to all levels and perfect for the advanced exerciser, as well as prenatal and newly postpartum clients. Perfect for all levels, from advanced to newly postpartum and prenatal.

Run Club

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. We cater the experience to your fitness level and offer a group run, plus a comprehensive cross-training program in every class. No running experience required!

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining Our Village in your area, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but you will join a community of friendly and like minded moms with our monthly Mom's Night Out.

Hey Monday! We are ready for you 💪 At FIT4MOM we are huge advocates of food prep. Not the kind where you measure out entire meals into tiny containers, but the kind of prep where you wash, chop and steam what you need for the week in bulk. It saves time, money and keeps your family healthy. The spread in the picture took about 15 minutes to wash and chop. The broccoli will go in the steamer for 20 minutes, the summer squash gets coated will olive oil and roasted on a pan at 400 for 20 minutes. The rest stays raw. Oh and that cucumber tomato and red onion salad is delish! Just chop those 3 ingredients and dress with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper. You can even add a little feta for a more savory taste. People say that once you become a parent, you lose your identity. It’s easy to become lost in our roles as mothers and forget who we are as individuals. We push our needs aside and place our children at the forefront of our lives. Although there is nothing wrong with that, in order to be a positive role model and a strong, mentally healthy person, we need to take time to foster our own individuality and needs. Exercise and movement are powerful tools to become stronger both physically and mentally. We can rebuild our bodies and our spirits after the physical demands of motherhood through exercise, but it’s up to us to stop waiting for the right moment.
