We are dedicated to keeping our community safe, so we've created online workouts and playgroups to keep you (and your littles) active at home. We have also opened up some in-person, socially distanced classes! Check out our daily schedule HERE. We can't wait to see you for a workout soon!

FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Well® is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Boost® is a drop in, 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation. Community Classes are open to all women who are at least 4 months postpartum. No commitment or contract needed.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger than ever and the dedicated core and flexibility work will help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to cardio, this strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you! Open to all levels and perfect for the advanced exerciser, as well as prenatal and newly postpartum clients. Perfect for all levels, from advanced to newly postpartum and prenatal.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. We cater the experience to your fitness level and offer a group run, plus a comprehensive cross-training program in every class. No running experience required!

As moms ourselves we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. By joining Our Village in your area, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but you will join a community of friendly and like minded moms with our monthly Mom's Night Out.

✨STARTING THIS WEDNESDAY✨ We are very excited about our return to limited in-person classes on July 1st! 🥳 While we add to our in-person schedule, we will continue to offer all the virtual classes you love. Space is limited, so enrollment is required. 💪 WHAT WILL IN PERSON CLASSES LOOK LIKE? In order to maintain 6ft distancing and follow safety guidelines, all classes will revolve around your "home base". If you are bringing big kids to class, they need to remain at your "home base" for the duration of class. Please come prepared with any items - games, toys, activities, SNACKS, but If your child is unable to follow distancing guidelines, you will be asked to leave class. Classes will be limited to 10 moms. WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN? All in-person classes will be outside @theamericanaatbrand and @shermanoaksgalleria We will conduct temperature and symptom checks of all participants at the beginning of every class Face coverings are required for adults and children over the age of 2 in accordance with the California state-wide mask mandate We recommend paper masks for ease of breathability. Outdoor classes will be Strength focused only to accomodate mask-wearing. This new class is called Stroller Strength! No shared equipment Please bring your own weights or bands. New bands will be available for purchase from your instructor. 6ft distancing enforced at all times No playdates or crafts after class Hand sanitizer available for use at every class Contactless check in and mandatory pre-enrollment WHAT'S THE IN-PERSON SCHEDULE FOR JULY? Monday - Stroller Strength at 9am @americanabrand Wednesday - Stroller Strength at 9am @shermanoaksgalleria WHAT KIND OF MEMBERSHIP DO I NEED FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES? In-person classes are not included in the ONEMEMBERSHIP, however current members can purchase this class for $10. If you are not a member, you can attend with a single class pass $20 or an 8 class pass.
