Our September Mom of the Month is Demetra! She has been with Fit4Mom since 2023 and has continuously showed up to our Stroller Strides Classes. She is a one of a kind mama with 2 littles and the best personality. Every class, she and Freddy bring smiles to our faces by sharing toys, keeping us in great conversations and updating us on the latest Bluey trivia. How long have you been with fit4mom? Fave thing about Fit4Mom? Almost a year and a half. This community dragged me back to life after baby number two. I'm so grateful for the fun, the fitness, and the fantastic community. You made me feel human again!

When is your birthday? I'm a Taurus. Stubborn n' soft.

Do you speak more than one language? After a few glasses of wine I can speak French

Favorite color? Purple. It's always the right answer.

Most challenging part of this year for you? Right now. Our big boy is about to start kindergarten and it feels like such a big change for us all.

What are you most proud of about yourself while facing the challenges of this year? Getting my butt to class is on the list. Even if we're late, if we just show up, the day is already a win for me and for Freddy.
