Here's all you need:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (you can mix or sub with white flour)
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast (diluted into a small amount of warm water)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water

Step by Step Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Knead bread for 8 minutes
- Allow to raise under a damp towel for 1 1/2 hours
- Shape into a loaf
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes with a cup of water nearby in the oven (to humidify the oven)
- EAT!
