Hello, My name is Megan and I am a certified Stroller Strides and Body Boost instructor and the client manager. I have been apart of the Fit4Mom community for FIVE years now. I grew up and currently live in Pasadena and stumbled upon this SF Valley & North East Los Angeles group and couldn't be happier that I did. The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming and the community of moms is warm, welcoming, and great to hang out with and work out with. This program and community has helped me grow as a mom inside and out and been a great place to bring my 3 children as they have grown.
