Run Club+ 8 Week Session

We will host an Intro Class/Info Session on Thursday, October 6th 7pm and a Body Boost Class after at 8pm. In this hour meeting, you will meet your coach + other mamas enrolled or interested in Run Club. We will go over all.the.things. like the client guide, what you can expect for the 8-week session, and have a Q & A. Just bring yourself, a mat, your water and something to take notes.
Our kick off will be on Sunday, October 16th 9-10:30am. First location TBD. We will change locations to mix up all our runs with various scenery! You will get your training plan based on current habits and running goals, our weekly communication schedule, and after warm up and discussing technique, we'll get after our first run.
There has been a lot of interest in our Run Club+ session so taking ENROLL TODAY to secure a spot. Discounts offered to current members (those already paying for a Stroller Membership or Body Boost Membership).
